I brought a Hyundai Tucson from German Toyota recently as I already have a 2012 RAV4 and absolutely love it. I was not impressed with the newer RAV4. My experience was good and my sales consultant Moamen Gouhr was great!

Had an excellent price on the vehicle and our salesman Isaiah was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, after the deal was done, we had to wait for over two hours for their Finance department just to sign the paperwork on a cash deal.

I took My car to have it diagnosed suggestion I put an alternator and a Belt tensioner Explain to me that Toyota has a process. They don’t matter if that part is bad or not they have a Guide they have to go off of Whether is good or bad if it’s not Toyota, they can’t continue to test. the service manager named Brandon and the general manager took time to sit down and talk to me and help me understand everything was willing to help me so I am Extremely grateful for Mr. Brandon, he done more than I could’ve ever asked. He’s an extremely patient and good person. You don’t meet them often.
