I have been shopping for a Tacoma for the last 5 months. I wasn't able to find a Tacoma that I wanted or a dealership that I trusted. I decided to stop by Germain one day to look one that I liked. My experience at this dealership was so seamless. There was a small incident with the vehicle I was trading in and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure we were taken care of and ended up taking home the new car we wanted, within the timeframe we needed. Preston Jenkins was the consultant who helped us and he was EXCEPTIONAL. I’m 7 months pregnant and he took it upon himself to transport everything from my old vehicle to the our new 4Runner without hesitation and was mindful of my comfort and that of my 8-year old son the entire time we were at the dealership. My only constructive feedback would be to the people in financing (this may not apply to all). The gentleman I worked with continued to push on things I already said no to and seemed to not be considerate of personal boundaries. He used my beverage to showcase the capabilities of one of the products he was attempting to sell. He took my straw out of my drink and proceeded to place his finger over the mouth of my straw to get the liquid out of the cup. I have a background in sales and realize there are all types of methods, but I must say that my interaction with him left me feeling like he didn’t view his customers as humans, but rather targets for a quota. My feedback would be to just identify your client’s personality type and needs and adjust your pitch accordingly. Even with that being said, I would still happily refer anyone to this dealership who is looking for their next vehicle. Thanks again, Preston!

Had an amazing experience buying my new 2026 Toyota Camry! The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly much easier than I expected. I had to wait for my car to be delivered, but Sunny kept me informed every step of the way with updates and great communication throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Sunny was an excellent salesman — knowledgeable, patient, and extremely personable. I absolutely love my new Camry and would highly recommend asking for Sunny if you’re shopping for a vehicle. Overall solid car-buying experience. We went through the process of spec-ing, reserving, and eventually buying a Sienna with help from Sunny. If you’re looking to get into a new Toyota I’d recommend working with this dealership, and especially Sunny. I appreciated how straightforward the sales process was here and how easy it was to get a deal done without too much hassle (aside from a short queue and the usual upsell strategies in the finance office afterwards). As a bonus, there was a nice amount of space around the dealership and a kids area to keep our sons entertained while we closed on our new van, which was a major plus. Overall, we were satisfied with both the car and the process. Cheers!
